Welcome — let's set up your account

You will never need a password. Instead you sign in with a passkey stored in Microsoft Authenticator on your phone. It takes about 10 minutes.

Step 1 of 5

  1. Have these ready

    • Your welcome letter with your username and Temporary Access Pass
    • Your phone — iPhone with iOS 17 or newer, or Android 14 or newer
    • If you use a PC: Bluetooth turned on on both the PC and the phone

  2. Install Microsoft Authenticator

  3. Allow Authenticator to save passkeys

  4. Add your work account and create a passkey

  5. Check that it works
